Every year the population of Zilwaukee commemorates the Birthday of the city of Zilwaukee (created in 1854). To celebrate this very special occasion, a variety of events take place generally over the week-end. In June 4-5-6 of 2004 Zilwaukee celebrated its sesquicentennial.
